We know handing over designs to any third-party tool is a big ask, so here’s exactly what happens to your data — no jargon.
How it works technically When you run an Insight, we take your selected frame(s), convert them into images, and send them to OpenAI to interpret. That’s what makes the feedback possible. There’s no way around this step — the AI needs to see the image to analyse it. What we store and why Your images are stored in our encrypted database so your Insights are there when you need them. Without this, every Insight would disappear the moment you closed the plugin. We also use previous prompts — anonymously — to fine-tune our own private AI model. This isn’t a public model, and we’ve opted out of allowing OpenAI to train on our prompts. It’s purely to improve the quality of feedback over time. What we never do
  • We never share your designs with any third party other than OpenAI (which is required to generate the feedback)
  • We never sell your designs or any data about them
  • We never use your designs in our marketing, case studies, or anything public-facing
A note on our size We’re a two-person team. We don’t hold SOC 2 certification or enterprise-grade compliance documentation. What we do have is a genuine commitment to handling your work with care, and we’ve made every reasonable effort to keep your data secure.
